  • Is there a hotel floor plan available for the Pocono's Lodge?  We're going for the first time and I was told my room is on the 1st floor. I'm concerned this will be too noisy for my 3 children who are 8, 5 and 1.

This question was asked by Renee from Center Moriches on 2/18/2011

  • Hi Renee,
In answer to your question, all the rooms are well sound proofed. There are hibernating hours from 11:00 PM until 7:30 AM. What this means is that all families/children should be settled in their rooms by this time. Most things close in the lodge by then anyway. We have stayed on the 1st floor, which is the water park floor and let me tell you it is very convenient with younger children, especially if you need to run to your room for anything. The Bears Claw cafe is on this level for milk/cereal/breakfast foods/ ice cream/Pizza Hut. The way the rooms are situated though is not so close that you would hear noise from your room, in case anyone needs a nap or something like that.
I think you will be very happy with the 1st level. You can call the Great Wolf Lodge- Poconos, and ask if they can send you a floor plan copy.
    Have fun.
