We had a really really bad stay there. They ended up giving us stuff to make thing better but we dont want it to happen again. Everyone i know has had awsome stays, how do we make our stay as good as theres.

I am sorry to hear that your stay at GWL was not what you planned. I recommend that during your next stay if there are any ways that your stay can be improved please talk to a manager so they can deal with it immediately. Hi there. We have 7 people booked for an 8 person premium suite. My sitter mentioned that she would like to go if able. What would the extra cost be for her to stay in our suite with a waterpark pass?

Since you only have 7 people staying in an 8 person room you can add your sitter to the room for an additional fee of $40. If you want to add a person to the room above the standard occupancy each additional person would be at a cost of $40.00. Have... see entire answer

If I have a gift card, can I add to its balance?

I am not positive, but I believe you can add to a gift card balance at any of the Great Wolf Lodges, or purchase additional cards to the value of the amount you are looking for. Your best bet is to the call the Lodge directly and inquire.

My children are 5, 3 and 7.5 months. Are they too young for the in-room childcare? Thanks!!

I am not sure about the ages for the in-room care, you would have to call The Lodge front desk at 905-354-4888.

They say add-ons are not included in totals if ordered online. Mine was added on.

I think that the "add-ons not included in totals" might just have been a warning about an online processing problem. I don't think it was a discount if purchased online, I think the sysem was not able to add the cost to the online total. and would be added to the physical bill at the... see entire answer

Is there a car rental location close to the GWL in Niagara Falls, ON?

There are several car rental options within a few kilometers of the Lodge. The closest is Budget Rent-A-Car 5127 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 4E4 (905) 356-1431.

We have a room booked for Niagara Falls Great Wolf. We were wondering if we are able to hook up our Wii in our suite?

I have never tried to hook up a video game system to the tv in the room. I am not sure it would work because there is a pay per play Nintendo game system in the rooms and an arcade on the lower level.
My kids are usually too tired from the waterpark for video games anyway.

If I reserve a suite for 3 nights, does the price include access for the water parks too?

All room rates include access to the water parks, no matter how many nights you stay.
That is what makes the lodge such a great vacation spot.

Where do you put your flip-flops and cover-ups/towels while enjoying the water slides and pool area?

There are lockers available at the Lodge in the water park area, and the change rooms. I usually leave things of value in my room and leave my towel and shoes at the chair or table where I am sitting. I have never had a problem with someone taking my shoes other than my son.
