Water slides, Northern Lights Arcade, Scooops Kid Spa, buffet meals and more! The Great Wolf Lodge is designed with kids in mind and that includes teenagers. There is also mini-golf and a few shops in the Lodge guaranteed to keep a teenager occupied.

There are fully qualified life guards around the pools and slides. There is only one pool that is deeper (4 feet) and that is the wave pool. Just make sure your kids don't go too deep into the wave pool and or are wearing a free life jacket and you have nothing to worry about.

Child safety is the responsibility of the parents or guardians but there are dozens of lifeguards in the waterpark to assist in keeping everyone safe. I have four kids and I always try to keep them in arms length by going on the family rides together.

I would pack lots of energy!  Let's see what else do you need...  bathing suits, flip flops or sandals, a coverup or sweatshirt (it can be chilly walking from the waterpark to your room), whatever food/snacks you want for your room (don't forget there is a fridge in the room), I always... see entire answer

There are lifejackets offered to fit toddlers and up, but there are a limited number. Be sure to get to the park early to pick yours up. I have been to the park with my children who needed them and only once did I have to wait to get one. There was one for us to use after only a 10 minute wait for... see entire answer
